NOT A METAPHOR. A DOG.Big name.
Small dog.
Before the book, the worlds, or the movement, there was a dog waiting at the door.
Lion is the real black French bulldog and official mascot at the heart of God Is Dog. In the book, he brings an enormous conversation back to the present. In the film, he is the only real character. In the movement, he reminds us that care has to be something we do.
The mascot.
The whole signal.
Real photographs of Lion the Frenchie—the face, heart, and four-legged mascot of the God Is Dog universe.
He doesn’t need
to explain it.
Nobody has to prove that a dog is divine to understand why his presence matters. The title is an invitation into a story—not a test of belief.
